Where do you process the laundry?

We process all laundry at a laundromat, not at operators’ homes.

We believe your clothes should be processed in a clean and sanitary environment, so we have partnered up with local vetted laundromats.

Who process the laundry?

We train our operators how to process laundry through Laundry University.

Allowing Local Operators or the Laundromat to process the laundry based on availability and location.

Can I add notes to my orders?

Definitely, as you complete the order please let us know if you prefer a particular detergent or have a unique requirement for your items.

Do you have a subscription plan?

We do and it’s conveniently priced based on your needs.

Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly or custom.

Can I use your platform for commercial laundry?

Yes, we accept residential and commercial orders

How do I track my order?

You can track your order on our App or on the website by logging in.

We keep you in constant communication as we process your laundry.

What if I’m not home?

That’s fine just let us know where to pick up or drop off you laundry.

We will be sure to text you a picture and communicate with you during the entire process via text.

I have other items that i need cleaned?

We process all type of laundry, dry cleaning and alterations.
